Modified PE powder is a kind of anticorrosion coating which is based on polyethylene resins and mixed with various functional additives and pigments. The coating covers are excellent with mechanical, anti-aging, acid-alkali resistance and salt fog resistance. The surface could be textured and smooth (with semi, medium and high glossy).

Features:

Modified PE coating powder has good adhesion, and could be made all kinds of color as clients’ demands.

 

Usage: 

1) Surface rust removal and strengthening for production (pre-treating and cleaning).

2) Heat production to 280±30°C(the temperature should adjusted according to realist) .

3) Dip production into fluidized bed for 10~15 seconds, and make them surface runoff at 180-230°C.

4) Cool by water or air.

 

Package: PP composite bags, Net: 20kg.

Storage: Kept at dry, shady and cool places, avoided from sunshine and rain.

 

Validity: 12 months
